We would like to inform the membership the notice of past due assessment & support/fee will be increased from $10 to $30 will be assessed if payment is not received in full within fifteen (15) days after the due date. Please note that the description of the fee has been renamed from “Late Charge Letter” to “Notice of Past Due Assessment” to clarify its purpose. The Board has approved to pass the fee on to the late-paying homeowner in lieu of the cost being borne solely by the Association. The delinquency policy will be formally adopted at the next board meeting, 28 days after the approval or adoption at their September 27th, 2022, board meeting.
